Kumahime was born in a hidden locale somewhere within Aster, however its location has been lost to time. When her blessing first manifested, she was terrified of the fact that her arms were no longer what she was used to. For a long time, she refused to leave her house, scared of what others might think. It took her years to accept them, and many more after that to get past her insecurities.

Eventually, she took to a nomadic lifestyle, rarely lingering in one place for longer than a few days. Though, if someone decided to challenge her along the way, she had no objections. Due to this, a rumor spread about a spectre who would defeat all those who challenged her, a bright smile overtaking her face all the while.

When she returned to society after the meteors fell, she disguised her love of fighting behind an idea of meeting out justice in her own way. It was during this time that she heard about the conflict taking place in Verletzen. As she was in search of strong opponents to battle, she decided to move there under that guise.
