Sergeant

Sergeant is a schnauzer owned by Randall General who seems like any ordinary dog by day, but can never be found around the house at night.  Randall would be more concerned if he didn't always return fine.

The thing is, Sergeant can SMELL CRIME, and at night... literally goes out and fights crime.  Doesn't seem to possess any like, superpower superpowers, although he does seem better at like, sophisticated combat than a dog should.  But the way he acts he just seems more like a very well trained dog than a  hyperintelligent one.  Still, he can identify crime, and he stops it.  We still don't know how this came to be.  Or where he got the cape and mask from.
