Personality:

Clementine is a force to be reckoned with! Strong in both body and mind, Clem is most known around town for being a pillar of wisdom and love for young (usually gay) people needing guidance, or a parental/older sibling figure. He considers his gay bar to be a safe haven for anyone who feels like they don’t belong, and he guards it as such, often throwing people out physically for causing a ruckus. Clementine is sweet, polite, and has a tendency to spoil the people he cares about- a true southern belle! Don’t let his soft nature fool you, though, Clem is tough as nails and isn’t afraid to show it, need be!

Growing up in an “everyone knows everyone“ sort of small southern town, Clementine has always been considered weird by not only his family, but his peers. He’s suffered through a lot of bullying and alienation, but he stayed strong in spite of it, turning to his faith in his weakest moments to find the strength to continue. Even though he’s moved far away from where he came from, the life lessons growing up ostracized gave him has made him a humble man, deeply concerned for the safety and well-being of others. Often, you can find one or two people at a time living in the back rooms of his bar, given a place to stay for a little while to keep them safe or support them.

Flamboyant, silly, a little on the sassy side, but overall- Clem is a man with a heart of gold, and a giving personality. He wants to see the good in people even when he’s seen how horrible they can be, and he’s a firm believer that people can change. Exhausted around the edges when he’s alone, Clem tries to be as positive as he can muster for the sake of others, but in private they’re rather melancholy.

Likes: Glitter, fashionable clothes, neon lights, physical affection, makeup, peaches, sweet things, perfumes, helping others, his queens at his bar.
Dislikes: Fighting, getting rained on, shoes, stuffy dress clothes, bitter and sour things, avocado, being alone.

Extras: Clementine‘s bar does drag shows, but it’s up to the queens whether or not they’d like to be in drag on usual work nights. Clem does more helping and applying makeup than actual drag himself these days, but he has a lot of fun!
