Smile for Me information


Malvina is a quiet, soft spoken individual. Malvina was moved to the Habitat for a specific type of dysphoria, focused on her face/physical appearance facially. This fear caused her to stagnate socially, and slip into a depressive state of isolation. She only is active right before everyone goes to sleep, as her ornament-type deer mask has gone missing. The player can find the mask in the yard, in the dirt. Upon returning them, she dons the mask and moves to the lounge facing away from Jerafina.

After a few days, the player can re-interact with Malvina. They would find her anxious, discovering that the mask was damaged somehow and can be fixed. PVC pipe to replace the broken horns can be found back in the boiler room. She requests that the player go and fetch it, in her stead. When the mask is fixed, she will pull a rubber band ball from her pocket, and gift one rubber band to the Player marking them a friend of hers, and telling the Player they can call her by her nickname; Momo.

Showing her picture and the rubber band to Jerafina, Trevor, and Victor can unlock a little bit of diologue and information about Malvina; who will refer to her as Momo.

The only two people she associated with upon her arrival was Trevor Garbo and Jerafina Tabouli. Jerafina helped her get into the lounge, and over time she started to develop a distant, poorly communicated romantic interest. Trevor was very understanding, and a refreshing amount of bombastic with his theories to balance out her grim outlook on everything. Over time, she got close to another Habitican, Victor. They became close due to common personal intertests and lack of conflict.

Monster Prom informtion


Is she even a monster? She shows obvious arcane and elemental-bending abilities. The arcane capability is mostly in polymorphy; changing from form to form, which is mostly animals. Malvina usually is usually in the library, hiding away beneath the rows and rows of bookshelves. While usually keeping to herself, she is a common connection for the Coven, most specifically Faith. Another place she's "socializing" in is the shopkeeper's areas, only staring at her from behind various objects because of social anxiety.

Malvina actually went prom with Faith once now, but they are rocky due to Faith having to save the universe all of the time. Being so attune with animals and nature, she also naturally gets along Scott (And The Wolfpack respectively), and usually sneaks him extra food between classes. She's much more like a side character, as her depth is based on an item and a short story plot. That's how Malvina has been, is too focused on the future to realize what's in the moment.

Her favorite part of the week is the end; The Weekend. Everyone's out and about, usually living outside of the constant attempts at hooking up. This gives Malvina ample time to practice her pagan beliefs within the woods where everyone would normally be partying during the week. Currently she has; a date ending, rejection, and goofy item endings.

Her date path is something unique. It requires you to start off with Scott affection, and having at laest 7 money. It starts with the player character meeting up with Scott, who shows worry for his friend "Momo". The player character who (assuming you did this for Scott) wishes not to see Scott so worried; offering some help if it helps him take them to prom. This is a Charm or Smarts check. Successfully passing either starts Malvina's path, which then Scott tells the player character that she can be found talking to Valerie next period to soon realize she cannot afford a gift for the person she wished to take to prom. A few items could be found in the shop shortly after, buying one of four triggers the next step. When the player decides to buy one, the next text screen shows; "Malvina was intensely staring at it, so you assume this is what she wanted and purchase it for her."

Monster Prom Paths


  • Item 1 - A phone charm - $5 - Faith

    This ending is a work in progress and is subject to change. Malvina has had a crush on Faith for some time, and can't get hung off her. The PC purchases the phone charm for her, A very unexpected hug next appeared; and a request. Malvina wished the player and Scott to come along with her to find Faith; asking them both to get them to meet in the next period.

    The next encounter is a bit longer. The PC runs into Malvina, who promptly says she's too scared of a rejection and zooms off screen. The PC regroups soon-after with Scott as he was tagged along with Faith. Scott was struggling to explain what was happening without breaking the surprise, so the PC cuts in to save the moment; A Bold or Charm stat check. The Bold option is to tell Faith exactly what happened and what Malvina's intentions were before promptly running away. The Charm option offers the Charm to Faith instead, saying it's from a "Shift-y fan". After that HORRIBLE pun, she realizes who you mean.. Eitherway, the PC persuades Faith to instead go approach Malvina herself.

    This is the third encounter. Malvina is very flustered as she approaches the PC with Scott. Faith had approached her, like she said she would. Scott laughs it off as he enjoys this overly-expressive Malvina. She soon then says that she's angry at the player and runs off. This is the skill check, as it sits between Charm and Smarts. If either check is passed Scott reassures the PC that this is just how Momo works. He brings up that term for her a lot. the PC learn that back in years past, Faith gave Malvina that nickname during their relationship. He goes on to say that she's been attempting to fix their relationship, but hasn't built up the courage.

    This is the fourth and final encounter. With the knowledge from Scott, the player finds Malvina stowed away back in the library in the corner she was in before. The PC approaches her, as she seemed to hang her head defeat. Charm and Smarts is the next stat check. After talking with her about how she feels about Faith; you both forget the Library is public access! Faith, convieniently, heard it all and confessed a return set of feelings. You don't bother asking what she originally said in the confrontation, and express joy for Malvina. She thanks you, and walks off with Faith. Holding hands, how mature of them!
