Liefir is an odd case even among his world full of magic. He cut off his wings to avoid the wrath of the queen, who is rumored to treat magic users like they're some sort of trophies instead of people. Liefir doesn't know much about his past or his family, and the fact that he generally remains alone doesn't help his situation much, although once he met Pluto this seemed to get a little better. The truth is that he used to serve the queen he hates so much, and that queen isn't nearly as terrible as she seems.
Story
Liefir met Pluto when he took the knife he used to cut off his wings by pure chance, although Queen Nika may have had a hand in this. The knife turned out to be Pluto's, and since the object was so inherently attached to Pluto, he ended up at Liefir's house. Liefir knew Pluto needed a place to stay, and both were pretty lonely, so the two became fast friends. But even before all this, Pluto and Liefir fell in love as servants to the queen and tried to run away, but due to the queen's policies, they ended up having their memories erased anyway.
Pluto changed Liefir's life for the better, enabling him to get out more, and Liefir eventually developed feelings for Pluto. Pluto, though, in all his naivete, has no idea, and Liefir is a little too scared to confess. Liefir is more street smart than book smart, and because Pluto isn't much of either, Liefir is constantly trying to protect Pluto, although he can be a little paranoid. They live in an area with lots of crime and such because of the poor leadership and due to the other magical beings, it can get dangerous for them.

- He glows in the dark. His clothing doesn't, but his body does. Nobody knows why.
- Due to magical shenanigans, he knows how to use pretty much any weapon immediately.
- It's impossible to tell he used to have wings because he doesn't scar for whatever reason. He also has minor telepathy.
- He can cure illnesses and infections, although he can't heal wounds, and this has little effect on illnesses linked to magic or terminal diseases. He can't really control it, just being near him will heal you. It usually doesn't work on himself, but he doesn't get sick often anyway.
Pluto

It's pretty much explained on their profiles, but Pluto and Liefir, though unlikely allies, are best friends. They've had each other's backs for longer than they even know, and they even used to be in a relationship when they worked for Nika.
The Queen

There are dozens of rumors about her. The one Liefir is concerned about is that she thinks of magical beings as trophies. The truth is that he and Pluto used to be servants for the queen and left, but their memories were erased.
