A kind fella who prefers banter and drinks over anything else.

Rodney is a bit of a portly fellow, but it doesn't mean he's not still fighting fit. He has dark brown hair styled in a neat moptop-esque cut, with thick sideburns he takes a lot of care tending to. Mirroring his prized sideburns, he also has thick dark eyebrows overtop his brown eyes. He has a stubby nose and lips usually formed in a small frown on his square jaw. He tends to wear clothes on the nicer side, having a great love for his brown corduroy jacket. He likes wearing black trousers that go below the ankles and pairing them with black loafers. He is rarely seen not carrying a bottle or can of beer in his hand. He is 5'7".

The king of kindness, Rodney always enjoys being a friend to everyone around him. He's the type to dispel fights and turn down a bad state of mind. Supportive and humorous, he'll stick by your side if you make him happy. And he loves being around people who can make him smile, which results in a love of people that he has always managed to keep. Even though he's an optimist, he seems to have a lot of deep feelings about certain topics, especially religion. He uses alcohol to a somewhat unhealthy extent, but his friendly, chipper personality is the kind you don't want to miss out on befriending.

Rodney's story takes place in late 1979 in East London. He lives with two of his best mates, Eddie Wilson and Mike Lewis, in a shabby flat that the three constantly have to pool their money together to afford to rent.

Rodney was born to a working-class family in Aston, Birmingham on August 7, 1958. He has one elder sister, Diane (23).

When he was 12, his family moved to London.
