Brief History:

 Neko was kidnapped at a young age and sold to black market for his quirk. Went from years being traded from owner to owner til landing in under the care of Saburou (A well known gang leader) due to a lost gamble. Under his care Neko ended up being found by his father and was returned to him. Getting taste of free life for once, he takes full advantage of it.

Personality:

Neko is very fun loving. He isn't much on rules or small spaces. He's very curious of the world from being deprived of a proper childhood so he tries to learn as much as he can. He's blunt and tries to look on the bright side.. since thinking of life he missed out on keeps him from enjoying the amazing life he has now. He can be a brat and self conscious. Often going to moods where he wonders if he good enough before trying to block out his feelings. 

Other:

Neko is very close to his boyfriend Blue, completely idolizing and thanking him for the good luck in his life. He do anything for him.

Neko can form bubbles from his skin and when they pop, they produce an item of desire. Example: You need a gun, Neko can produce a bubble that will guarantee a gun to appear from it. However if you wanted a specific gun, like a pistol, the bubble still has a chance of popping out a shotgun.. or at worse a nonfunctional pistol. The bubbles are limited to Neko's knowledge and collection of items. He can recreate books,movies, or food/living things in his bubbles. 

Neko saves a lot of money using his quirk to create items he need/ sells items he accidentally creates.

He has a good memory which works well with his quirk.

Scar on his face from one of his owners who got pissed when Neko couldn't produce specific item of want. Due to his quirks limitations and poor luck.

Has a blue maine coon cat named Steel. 

Is a photographer for living and helps Blue's own business by recreating parts they need.
