Backstory: At the start of his life, Reynolds was never particularly worried about what was going on around him. He was born into a well-off family and had never felt like he'd need to care about what was going on around him. Until his father disappeared. He'd only been about 8 at the time, his life already growing dark. His mother didn't handle his disappearance well and, after seven years of abuse, she died, leaving Nick to fend for himself. He never allowed himself to fall to crime. He'd had only one friend, a 17 year-old kid named Thomas, who'd stuck by his side for another three years, staying with him and keeping him company despite having no reason to. He was like an older brother to Nick and he looked up to Thomas as a mentor, despite some misguided beliefs. However, Nick awoke one night to Thomas waking him up and telling him to hide. There was someone in the house. He slipped under the bed and heard very little of the confrontation. Someone was trying to steal what they had and the person was armed. There was a fight, ending with a loud thud and the scuffing sound of an escape. When Nick finally went downstairs, he found his friend fatally maimed. His motivations to join the military began with thoughts of revenge, but eventually, he just grew to want to take down all who had bad intentions. He's been in the military since he was eighteen.
Personality: Reynolds is a determined young man, dedicated to taking down evil and delivering justice. He is not without sympathy and will not take part in excessive cruelty in the name of "justice", however, he is more on the act first ask questions later side of impulsive. He was loyal to the military faction and his leader, Dara, but is now loyal to a few choice people, companions. He is a rational thinker, though sometimes he is more impulsive and that can take over at times. He can come off as cold at times, brushing people off if he does not believe they are worth his time, but he isn't hostile instructed to be. He is quiet and reserved, often seeming stoic and dull. He has a soft spot for two people in particular.
Weapon: Nick allowed himself to get a cybernetic limb after losing his right arm in a battle. The limb has a retractable blade, or "retractable" as in it can be a few different lengths depending on his situation.
Changes as of Late...
Nick is trying to cope with having lost his left arm, as well, after having it ripped off.
