Design Terms of Use
User comixfang has purchased commercial use of the Rimbobee Gijinka designed by dewpider, granting them full commercial use! This purchase was made for $35 and can be added to the total value of the design if every resold. With commercial use, the designer, dewpider, agrees that any intellectual property of the comixfang, including, but not limited to, copyrights, trade secret rights, and other intellectual property right associated with any ideas, concepts, works of authorship, confidential information. The designer will refrain from using intellectual property upon the termination of this agreement. The parties agree that any amendments made to this agreement must be in writing. Both parties agree not to assign the responsibilities in this agreement to a third party, unless consented to by both parties in writing (ie. if the commercial use is to be sold, then the design dewpider, but be contacted!).
Disclaimer: The designer does not represent or warrant that such services provided in this agreement will create additional sales, exposure, brand recognition, profits or other benefits. In addition, the designer holds no responsibility towards the client in the even that the delivered work does not lead to the client's desired results.
By purchasing my art and/or one of my designs you agree to the following!
You May:
- Make changes to the original design so long as you do not remove me as original creator.
- This includes adding traits of open/closed species SO LONG as it is permitted by the owner of that species.
- I do ask, however, that you do NOT whitewash or make a fat character skinny. Other than that, it's free game!
- Make minor edits to original artwork. (ex. cropping, adding text/ borders, changing brightness/ contrast/ hue/ saturation...)
- Use for personal/ non-commercial use.
- Gift/ Trade the design at anytime!
- Resell the design at original price, unless value has been added to it. (ex. extra art) In which case you may sell it for more.
- Use my design for breeding. If my design is heavily referenced then please credit me appropriately.
You Can NOT:
- Use my art /designs for NFT or AI use‼️
- Use any of the designs I made for anything hateful❗️
- Violation of this rule will result in automatic permenant blacklisting.
- Use the design for any commercial use. Unless it has been agreed on by both parties prior, you do NOT have commercial rights.
- Claim the original design / artwork as your own, whether you did or did not make any edits to them. Please always credit me appropriately, either linking back to @dewpider or my Twitter.
- Sell a design for more than it was originally worth, with no additional value added to it. (ex. extra art)
- Ask for a refund.
- Add additional T.o.S which conflict with my T.o.S
