Cosmic was born and raised outside of Equestria. When her mother was pregnant, she took a shortcut through the thick wood close to her home on a delivery trip. Unfortunately, her mother was too frail, ill, and far along in her pregnancy to complete the trek. Thankfully, Cosmic was born healthy despite the circumstance. She was later found by a Deer who was traveling through the woods on a business trip. Unable to leave her by herself with no mother, he adopted her and raised her own his own. Because she was not raised by ponies or creatures who could fly, Cosmic was very late to blossom. After she was successful in teaching herself to fly, she came to her father with the proposal that she travel to learn about her kind and possibly learn about her biological parents. She is very gentle natured and benevolent, helping any creature that needs it. On her journey to learn about pony culture and where she came from, she has met many ponies who were kind to her in return. She has gained quite the few odd looks due to her large size and broad wings. Despite her stark differences, she gets along very well with the ponies she meets because of her polite manner.
