Xavier is a shape-shifting yōkai from a European Hidden City. He works at the export division of Lamarr's company, and he banters with Usagi whenever they get to see each other. Even with Lamarr's career switch, he continues to work for her out of sheer loyalty. He has no family of his own, so he is helping Lamarr nurture hers.
