My preferred minimum for point offers is 100 points (although i'd prefer more- [i've agreed to 300 for this one before, but the person offering backed out.])
If offering art, please be specific with how much/what type you're offering (& show examples. [if linking examples, i'd prefer toyhouse or deviantart links, if possible])
The other things you could offer are customs or characters :>
