Gavin "Shutter" Albright

Known as Shutter to friends and professional contacts, Gavin is my de jure primary player character in We Are All Pokémon Trainers. He is a nature documentary filmmaker and photojournalist from the Orange  Islands. He has no weirdness filter and will react to paranormal phenomena with gusto. Often seen with a snarky Rotom, Gimbal. A Sir-Swears-A-Lot. Kind of a cross between Tintin and Dib, but with elements  of Tom Hardy's take on Eddie Brock mixed in.

His other pokémon include a magnemite, Charger, a pidgey, Scout, and a Muk, Edward. Edward is  bonded to his body and often manifests his control over Gavin when the  latter's sclerae are purple. He and Edward don an antiheroic alter ego known as the Viewfinder.
