Norah still seems to be getting used to earthly customs, how to communicate, etc. She still has her head in the clouds (quite literally), and will often times do things that are considered bizarre for non-alien entities, from her sense of fashion to the way she speaks, with disconnected phrases and an extremely high-pitched tone of voice, as if she had inhaled helium before coming to earth.
