Originally born as Adelpha, Celeste has suffered greatly at the hands of the Gods she once looked at in reverence. Her voice, once her greatest pride, caught the eye of Lord Apollo. Snatched away as a boon Celeste was kept as a prized pet for a long while. A pretty songbird kept for entertainment, later the small touches from the God turned into something far more sensual. Celeste just barley on the cusp of puberty couldnt fathom what they meant at the time.

Innocence ripped away, the stain of red and the noise of heavy breathing never left from her mind. Celeste suffered a great misdeed up untill her inevitable ascension into minor godhood. Celeste renamed from Adelpha to Ἀστραῖα took her place among the stars as the adopted daughter of dusk and dawn. It would have been the greatest boon had it not led to the touching and chasing of others. Compassion came in the form of Lady Hera and Lady Hestia both of whom kept her close to their bossom. Celeste took their kindess like a sponge would water.

Many more years would see her used for many diffrent things, from body-to voice, Celeste could feel a deep seeded hate drilled its way into her heart. Beauty evolved under the grooming hands of Aphrodite, jewels replaced clothes as a gift form Hephaestus one that was unwanted on all fronts. More and more Celeste grew to hate her life. The longing for her time as a human left her as a former shell of vibrant starlight.

Through the combined efforts of Lady Hera and Lady Hestia, Celeste was able to flee during the night while Artemis watch over from her chariot pulling the moon. With three blessings Celeste melted into a new society. Dropping her name and all the ties she had with those that stole and opressed her, the female took up a new way of life. Using her voice she started preforming in clubs and other areas the required music. It would be the only time she allowed herself to be seen in sensual clothing. For many years Celeste would play the part of her own descendant.
