Deputy is a character in One Punch Man fanfiction Siblings. He used to work under the cyber criminal Ohcysp. He is currently working under Child Emperor.

| Deputy was a smart but anti-social boy who was very good at using technology. His parents wanted him to do something else with his life, but since he refused, they kicked him out. Deputy was found by a man named Ohcysp who would later found a criminal organisation, with Deputy being the, well, deputy, which is where he gets his nickname from.

Deputy is intelligent and great with technology and computers, but very timid and anti-social. He hasn't had much experience with 'the real world', so doesn't understand some concepts of how things work out there. He doesn't seem to have much confidence in himself, and easily gets frightened when it comes to other people. He used to look up to Ohcysp, almost as a father figure, although Ohycysp often used him.

| Ohcysp is Deputy's carer and boss. Deputy looks up to Ohcysp as a father figure, and does whatever he tells him to. Later, when Ohcysp gets arrested, Deputy deeply misses him, but also realises he was a bad person.
| After Ohcysp is arrested, Deputy begins feeling lonely. He makes friends with Child Emperor, and becomes his lab partner. Child Emperor is also helping him settle back into the real world. They are tightly knit.
| Deputy is despised by his family. They believe he is helpless and useless. Because of this, they disowned him.
