Snap is an excitable and extremely rowdy kid who loves nothing more than getting into trouble. She always has an assortment of fireworks on hand and will set them off in random places to scare people, without considering how dangerous it might be. She ran away from home not long ago because of how bad things were there and has been living on the streets since, so no one's quite sure where the fireworks are coming from. She ran into Barracuda one day while running from some people she'd pranked and they helped hide her from them until they were gone, then Barra took her around and they set some small fires and caused a bit of chaos for the rest of the afternoon until Barra had to go. Snap hasn't encountered Barra in person since then but she heavily looks up to them.
