A balloon dog who’s somehow alive and also...sells...balloons?? Yeah, I won’t question it too much.
The only thing that scares him is a man with a needle.
Nothing can enter or escape his body; yet he somehow maintains a steady amount of air within. That is unless part of his body somehow pops. Which then a bandage will be placed on the area and it’ll blow itself up again and naturally patch the hole.
