About
When the sun rises above the frost-touched forest she finally rests, satisfied with her choice. A clearing, so deep in the ancient woods it barely gets sunlight. There are no deer here, the trees are growing too close, their roots too tangled to let anything through. She sighs with relief. She had to leave. In the silence it feels like even her thoughts are too loud, so they quiet down, finally. She had to leave, so she did, retrieved into the emptiness to bear her curse alone. And as her house settles into the landscape seamlessly, as if it was always there, monstrous and towering and alive, she sighs with relief.
Who knows how much time passed before she was disturbed again, time doesn't flow the same here. She would have hated that before, but anger is too loud. She is curious. Who would traverse these woods to seek her out? She listens, and waits. The emptiness let's them through. (Text written by AlphaOri)
