the daughter of the fish and the ram
An overly obedient little lady, who does what she's told. Almost never gets into any sort of trouble or riff-raff. Very quiet and reserved, treasured traits by her parents and peers.
Naturally falls under the crushing weight of her peers expectations and lack of freedom, flees as far as she can in hopes to escape it all. Finds herself a nice quiet place to finally let out everything she's pent up. Feels at the end of her rope.
Before able to do anything rash, she's met with a jarring, lanky tree boy (?) too curious about her well being. After much time trying to avoid him and wallow in her sorrows, she can't help but give in to his puppy-like nature.
Very much her opposite. A bit too whimsical and touchy-feely for her liking. Unfortunately, given her situation, she is seemingly stuck with him as he seems to be the only friendly body (hah) around. He's too kind and willing for his own good. She finds him a bit hard to undestand. Has an older brother way about him. He grows on her pretty quickly and she does care deeply about him.
Her mother. She doesn't exactly have much to say about her, at least anything too nice. She is rather strict and often cold. Hates how much her own personality seems to reflect that. She knows deep down she cares, (probably) but presentation and academics come first for her.
Pretty much the same situation as her mom. He also has this looming presence over her akin to her mothers. Almost an exact clone of her she would say. However he seems to be less attentive to her misakes than her mother.
