Background

Noël moved with her mother to Sinclair Island in 1834 when she was 9. Her mother saw this as an amazing oppurtunity for her small family, especially after her husband's death. Everything seemed perfect at first. They both had jobs at a factory and were paid well compared to how they were paid in America. They had an apartment with two bedrooms and a parlor. The schools were better and Noel's mother was even going to the Adult nightschool. They even had enough money to spend on things they wanted, instead of only spending money on the things that they needed.

But one night when Noel was 10 changed everything.

Five robbers came up to the girls looking for money. They were slightly drunk and possibly looking to pay for a tab, even though the boys were later found out to be rich. When Noel's mother said they had no money the men jumped them and began to rape them both, only one touching Noël however. The men threw her away and stabbed her mother after they were finished.  Luckily the women were found in the alleyway they were left in. Her mother only survived a few weeks before dying. Noel survived however, changed yet still there. Jacques Roseau, a well known lawyer specializing in cases involving white assailants on POC victims, took her case.

Jacques promised to always protect Noel and make sure his "big and scary" friends protect her too as long as she helps him get the men who hurt her in jail. She did, and they won the case. Jacques afterward adopted her and Jacques and his friends have fathered her ever since. 

Nowadays she is an assistant teacher at the Seaview School for Gifted Colored Children and a senior at Sinclair Colored College. She is only a few months to 21. Her personality could be desrcibed as laidback, snarky and caring. She has a huge temper yet mess with her "fathers", especially "white boy Jack" she will cut your face off. She has PTSD and BPD. She likes men's clothes, bows and earrings.
