Personality: She tends to be aggressive in the pursuit of things that she wants. She has a lot of energy. The problem is that she’s clumsy and very accident prone. This is the practical reason for her baggy clothes. She can hide injuries better this way. As most children do, she is lacking in tact and really doesn’t know when not to be honest. She’s also very nefarious. Not maliciously so, but she’s very good at scheming to get her own way. It really doesn’t help that she’s an only child. She doesn’t have to work to hard to make things happen. On top of all of this, she’s extraordinarily intelligent. She does tend to feel a little isolated due to her intelligence and has no friends. She’s also a picky eater.

Likes/Hobbies: Reisei enjoys doing origami. This is largely because she likes the pretty paper and has a habit of collecting it. She doesn't consider herself to be very good at it, but she enjoys it all the same. She often suffers paper cuts as a result. She isn't very good at making paper cranes, but she does like to make ducks. She will offer them to people as a sign of friendship. This isn't something she does very often.
Favorite Food: cherry danish even though she's not generally fond of cherries.

She enjoys historical  literature and likes to go to the library to look at old books. She's particularly fond of the early 1700s and her favourite novel is 'The Three Musketeers' by Alexander Dumas.

The rest of the pajamas themselves are a short sleeved white shirt and long dark blue pants patterned with the word QUACK! at slanted angles.

Dreams: She used to want to be a ballerina so she could dance in Swan Lake, but she is unfortunately not gifted with any sort of dancing ability. Also her accident prone tendencies aren't really conducive to being on stage. These days, her dream is simply to rebuild her home and find her lost friends. She is very much aware of how overly simplistic these dreams sound, but given how long it's been since she lost everything and everyone, she really doesn't care what anyone else thinks about it. Their her dreams after all, so what does it matter if someone else thinks?

Habits: Reisei is a habitual liar, but in her defence, she has to be. She has to make up stories about who she is and who her parents are, why they're never around. It's not like she can tell people the truth, that she's a sailor senshi looking for her lost princess and her team mates and all of that. So she's made up a story about herself and presents it as the truth. She also has a habit of chewing gum. When she's not in school, she pretty much always has a piece in her mouth. She doesn't have a favourite flavour, but she loves to chew gum. 

Friends: The only person she truly counts as being her friend is Kasui. To most people, she says that Tokeisou is also her friend, but she tends to treat her in a more polite and respectful manner rather than relaxed and friendly way she does with Kasui. 

Why Halloween is her favourite: Reisei is very fond of scary movies. She loves the scary movie marathons that pop up in October. When she first arrived on Earth to try and find her team mates, she initially wound up in North America. She was very confused by the holidays its people celebrated and was easily confused by their nuances. She thought Halloween was easy enough to celebrate. So, in an attempt to fit in, she got some candy to pass out and went to go get a costume. She was very startled to learn that certain costumes were designed for certain ages only. She had taken a liking to a certain one and was determined to wear something like it. So she put one together herself. While she was very pleased with herself and she very much likes her costume, she did get laughed at a bit for it. It wasn't long after that that she left and headed for Japan. Despite her initial difficulties, she still has the costume and she still celebrates the holiday even though the Japanese don't. Every Halloween she buys some candy, puts it on, and watches scary movies.

When someone in Japan asks her what her favourite holiday is, she tells them that it's Tanabata, the Japanese star festival. This is technically true, as it's her favourite Japanese holiday, but her first love will always be Halloween.

Everything about Reisei's background--including her name--is a complete work of fiction designed to help her find the rest of her teammates. There are some things that are true. When she was assembling her identity she thought it would be best to scatter just enough of the truth among the lies to make it believable. 

 She is the only member of her team to have survived the destruction of Phaeton and the fall of the Silver Millennium. She didn't escape unscathed, however and was very badly hurt trying to get away from the shockwave of a dying planet. From a safe spot on Phobos she watched, helplessly, as the rest of the Sol senshi died. Revealing that she was still alive would have served no purpose aside from getting herself killed.

 So she waited for things to settle down and for her wounds to heal before travelling to Earth's moon. For days, she wandered around the ruins of the Moon Kingdom, looking for any survivors but only finding bodies. It was a gruesome sight.

 Finally, she found Queen Serenity. She knelt before her body, tears welling up. She hadn't known the queen well, but knew she had been a fair and gentle person. Eris stayed there for several hours, trying to figure out what to do next. The obvious course of action was to determine just how everything had gone so wrong so quickly. Her investigations led her to discover the sabotage of the field that kept Phaeton stable. She came to learn that Hinome no Knight's affection for Princess Gyokuei of Phaeton caused him to abandon his post at the station around the sun, allowing the entity known as Metallia to escape her prison deep within it.

 The discovery that Sailoreridanos had been reborn rattled her deeply, especially once she discovered that Eridanos was being help prisoner by a woman she know of as Countess Enshoku--one of the Phaetonian nobles. She had sealed herself away on one of the larger planetary fragments, preventing Eris from recovering her friend.

 So she waited. She retreated to her home planet. Her people were dead, but the palace was still mostly intact. She put herself into a deep sleep, waking up every few centuries to see if anything had changed. She was never awake for very long.

 A little more than a thousand years later, she was jolted out of her slumber by a familiar energy. She left her home and followed the energy to Earth where she found that Sailorphaeton had been reborn. She watched as the young girl was placed in an orphanage. Late one night, shortly after, Eris went to visit the infant to see her. Almost immediately, she knew there was something wrong: her starseed was incomplete. It had shattered when the planet had exploded. Only one part had made its way to Earth.

 It was years before she learned what had happened to the remaining pieces, that they were in the possession of Countess Enshoku--now calling herself the Red Queen. It seemed to her that Enshoku wasn't aware of Phaeton's rebirth; there was no sign that they had noticed anything unusual. All of the asteroid's defences were still up, preventing Eris from trying to let Eridanos know what had happened.

 So the waiting continued. She watched Tokeisou grow up, cheering when she met Toxotes for the first time and discovered her senshi nature. When the time was right Eris created the persona  of Amagumono Reisei, a student at Mugen Gakuen. She had debated attending Juuban with Tokeisou but though that would be far too obvious.

 Not much later, Eridanos was rescued and Eris was finally able to reveal herself to her friends.

Her boots start just below her knees with two slate grey rolls. The rest of the boot is black. Between the slate rolls and the ankle, the boot is quite baggy. The foot part of the boot is solid with a low heel.

The body suit has two rolls that form the sleeves and a transparent triangular one at the bottom of the second sleeve roll. There is a puffy belt at her waist that drops down in the middle, separating her skirt from the bodice. Her boots start just below her knees with two slate grey rolls. The rest of the boot is black. Between the slate rolls and the ankle, the boot is quite baggy. The foot part of the boot is solid with a low heel.
