PERSONALITY:
polar opposite to his younger brother rocco. bookish, smartest person in the room. philosophical and highly idealistic; trying to find ways to implement his "vision" into the world. tortured tiefling, nobody understands him or his brilliance, etc. the most extra aquarius basically. really likes dragons and interested in magic, despite it being illegal in his world.
BACKSTORY:
he went to arkadia university, where his younger brother rocco currently attends. dropped out and ran away from home three years ago. used to be a classmate to gidley rockfort and brayden lucile. also had a brief stint in the rockfort circus, but was very bad at it and complained the whole time. kept going around telling people to "kneel" or whatever, it's weird. now he's somewhere in savelle, perhaps chasing down the dragon god aedith? he's summoning some demons to attack people including us.
RECENT HAPPENINGS:
hector surfaced at the castle cordelia gala with the vale present and caused quite a disturbance. he dramatically revealed that his real birth parents sold him off along with his secret brother talmage to hugo greylock when they were young. he also recently appeared at the docks near castle cordelia and was seen riding a dragon and flew into the sunset with his partners in crime nicollete and emilio. emilio went turncoat on the party after the big kraken fight and stole ares's sword lachesis off of him. the three made a grand escape away from the cascade party after setting the docks on fire and knocking out ares & rocco.
