Rising was born on " the original planet " like all the other guardians in multi-multivers number 3 (except Froumx who was born to him at the palace of Phai and Thaqua). His parents were the very famous Creciente and the shy Terria. The others informations about Rising was unfortunately blocked.
The line of Creciente is known to be a lineage of saber handlers but katana in particular, during one of the wars of the planet, this same family always intervened to stop it. Terria was from a family rather bourgeois but nothing more, we do not know much about her.
