Mira (Pokéstuck AU)

No one exists alone, somewhere your other half waits for you to cross over.

In this AU they eventually take on a half-dead state due to their dual nature and become fully blind in their 'psychic' eye, but this does nothing to diminish their power. No by the time they god tier their power has reached its peak and they're known to freely travel between realities and the afterlife, often popping in at the strangest moment and disappearing without a word.

Their lusus is an odd two-tailed hybrid that shares their partial blindness.
