So this dude is Jef Klarxman, some kind of husky man who works for a private company, ex-soldier he was known for developing an impressive combat technique "kroppskontroll" (body control in Swedish (yea it's a Husky, so obviously he comes from Sweden =p)), he is also a cyborg, he lost his left arm, how? I don't know, but his prosthesis is from Klarxman Industries, companies owned and created by his brother Yaris.
