Setting
⇀ Up Until Now
The US saw a shift in its democracy and justice system around 2030. People around the country were being arrested on unknown accounts and weren't to be seen again. Deputies assured that prisoners were safe and were going to be given a fair trial but none ever occurred. Resistance groups were quickly put down and civil rights slowly stripped.
In late 2031, the symptoms of a new disease showed itself. The iris's in people's eyes began to fade and blend into the sclera, many reported hallucinations and being unable to control impulses. Conspiracies floated around that the government had created this virus to weaken the American people and their ability to resist the government.
In 2032, elections were held for a new President of the United States. A compassionate leader vowing to solve America's corrupt government was elected into office with such popularity that all the candidate needed to do was stay alive to get elected. The new President worked hard to fix the state of the government but as the weeks went by, their eagerness was fading. They seemed to be less ambitious to pass laws fixing the rights stripped from citizens during the previous years. They seemed to interact with the press and the people less, and whenever they were seen, they seemed dazed. The vivid confidence that had once lit their eyes had faded. The bills given to them for the people's rights were getting vetoed now. The people were confused and devastated that their president, who so compassionately vowed to help the American people, was now turning against them. Nobody in the government seemed to be interested in helping the people.
Resistance built up but was always violently put down and discouraged. Anyone suspected of being in a resistance group was arrested suddenly and disappeared without a trace. The disease became more widespread. Any research devoted to the disease was defunded immediately, which raised suspicion among the people. Symptoms seemed to be getting worse, seeming almost rabies-like. The disease had eaten away at some people's irises entirely, leaving an empty white eye left. They seemed out of it entirely, compliant to any command given to them, no matter how violent or self-detrimental. ~
Personality
⇀ Description
Othniel is a bitter, angry individual with no empathy for anyone who isn't a cishet white male with wealth. He's an elitist who believes he is superior to everyone else. He's actually quick-witted and freakishly intelligent. He thinks of himself as a judge for humanity who has been put in place by God to put everyone in their place. What he wants are power and absolute control. He has some really bad ideologies. Believes that whites are superior, people are incapable of making proper choices for themselves, poor people are the scum of society, women are the weaker sex, etc, etc.

Appearance

Roxy is fairly short standing only at 5'3" but she always wears high-heels to increase her height. She has fair skin with dark brown eyes and thick eyebrows. A black eye patch covers her right eye. She has black hair that goes just past her shoulder and her bangs are side swept to the right going past her eyes. She has a busty hourglass shaped body and a heart shaped face.

- Roxy wears a lot fo skimpy clothing. Crop tops and high-waisted shorts are usually the way to go for her. Even at formal events, her dresses are skin-tight and short. Her clothes are usually all black.
- Her waist is small while her bust and butt are big.

History
⇀ Background
She had a rough childhood as a poor child in a sort of run-down neighborhood with drug addict parents. In high school, she was known for sleeping around but didn't mind the talk. She got caught up in a rivalry with a girl named Cindy over who was more attractive which turned into who could sleep with more guys. She hung around Alex's friends a lot but not often around Alex himself. She seemed to take interest in their band and would commonly attend shows. She had an interest in acting at a young age and was in drama during high school to pursue her dreams. Despite being a good actress, she was unsuccessful due to the class's prejudice against her. Ended up becoming a sex worker after she was sold off by her parents for drug money. She lost her right eye in an accident she refuses to tell the specifics or truth of. She and a few other girls working under the same person managed to escape the trafficking that they had been forced into. Then, left homeless and desperate for money, she continued working on her own terms. She now hangs around bars and similar places willing to give information or deeds for money. Work tends to be getting classified information out of high profile people or finding out if someone's spouse is loyal.
⇀ Family
Roxy's family was an absolute mess. Her parents were drug addicts who were living on the streets. Roxy was an accident. Her parents were in rehab while her mom was pregnant. They were able to fix themselves up for a short enough time to get jobs and a house. Her parents were often neglectful of Roxy and didn't put in the time to raise her right. Her parents relapsed into drugs again when she was 7. Her parents would eventually lose their jobs and Roxy was sent to live with one of her grandparents. Her parents went to rehab again when she was 11 and would take her back when she was 12. Her parents still weren't great and they were poor. Roxy would begin to act out for attention from her parents. This continued into high school where she often got in trouble. Her parents still had no concerns for her. Her parents once again relapsed and weren't able to afford drugs. They sold Roxy to a sex-trafficker who would send her parents a portion of the money Roxy earned and fueled their drug addiction.
Relationships
 ⇀Alex [ Interested ]Alex seeks out Roxy to acquire some information on government happenings. Alex is uncomfortable around Roxy because she keeps coming onto him. Alex has no interest in Roxy and Roxy is attracted to Alex. Rather than paying the high price Roxy charges for obtaining information, she offers to have him please her in return. Alex is revolted by this and revolted by Roxy. |
 ⇀Anna [ Not Acquainted ]Anna comes with Alex to talk to Roxy but the two are unfamiliar with each other. Roxy hardly acknowledges Anna while Anna is disgusted with Roxy. Anna never wants to interact or get even close to her ever again |
