Sylvestra Macraul

Sylvestra is the head honcho of the Macraul family of mad collectors. She has distinct pointy ears, billowing tea-green hair that falls behind her and to the sides of her face, and a Honchkrow-themed dress and hat. Her companions are a Golurk and Haunter, and she is merciless in getting what she wants.
