A blind but caring angel who is much too cautious-- his position as a Guardian Angel has made him quiet and given him difficulty when interacting with others (due to being unused to it). He is a sentimental sort who treasures any trinkets given to him, and holds his memories as the most precious of treasures. Haize is very much a creature of habit, and even though he is currently on break from his duties, he is still watching over those who he has met, providing uneeded and unasked for protection. Haize is very much the type of angel who does not speak of his own troubles or injuries, preferring to keep quiet and keeping things to himself. Prioritizing others over himself has become a habit after decades of working as a Guardian Angel.

「 ...I am happy to have met you.」 Born without sight, Haize found himself working hard just to be able to stand on the same playing field as other angels. Though it wasn’t spoken out loud, Haize knew the other angels did not expect much from him. They were kind and he appreciated it, but Haize felt aimless without any expectations. He was blind, but he did not want to be someone who could not find his own path as well. If he couldn’t see, he at least wanted to be able to sincerely pursue a goal. |
Though his feelings for her were purely platonic, her death made him feel a sharp loss, and Haize found himself struggling to focus on his job. Too many things on the mortal plain reminded him of her, so Haize decided to rest for a while in Heaven.

▷ Arael | ♢ bright · kind · precious friend ♢ “I want to watch over her...” Haize met Arael not too long after his return to Heaven. Haize really enjoys her company and she brings a lot of brightness into his life- though he doesn't talk to her much about his job, he finds comfort in her presence and often feels much more lighthearted after talking with her. Haize thinks that Arael is very innocent and young, and wants to watch over her. He admires her strength and dedication to her job. |
