Minato

The improper and unrestrainted ruler of Lapis. As a former nobleman resurrected from the dead, he took to his new life with without a shred of question nor hesitance, at long last free from all the suffocatingly strict boundaries and obligations of his past. Confident, mischievous, and playful, Minato likes to have fun more than anything. Thrills, pranks, games, and so the list goes on—he lives for the sake of pleasure. Yet most unfortunately, his greatest joys come most prominently at the expense of others.

From making up plethoras of nonsensical rules for his Lapiyan subjects to follow, to messing with any more stuck-up and orderly sorts of people—including his ever dismayed advisor—and going far and beyond out of his way to cause trouble for anyone who may be enjoyable to torment, no such opportunities will he pass up. Although while he may resort to somewhat terrifying lengths at times for the sake of said fulfillments, the sole silver lining is the fact that the whims themselves do tend to be ultimately relatively harmless, much to the relief of those around him.

Surprisingly perhaps, Minato greatly romanticizes the concept of love, falling for others with almost comical ease. Although through his unfortunately thorough lack of true understanding for it all, as well as his not particularly sociable additude and rightfully poor reputation, he is left to only get dumped within mere days at most. Emotionally out of touch, spoiled, and immature at the heart of things, there isn't a great deal that serves well to draw others towards him. It must be noted as well that while he may come off as clever at times, he's not actually very smart at all.
