It is with her mentor Al's help, that she slowly comes to terms with asking for help. When the academy sets her up with her uptight partner, she has to think about the survival of others for once, rather than just hers. Tenacious, she endures her new school life and after school assistant job to sneak out when the moon is high. Her daredevil attitude brings her into new and crazy adventures to her partner's stress.
