Heveria

As a Sandman, Heveria lulls humans to sleep with the dust that gently falls from his fingertips. He makes his rounds each night, soaking in the silence of the mortal world around him. 

Though graceful and charming, his words can have quite a biting humor to them, which can lead his conversational partner confused on whether or not he was joking.

He very much loves to tease and pick on a young boogeyman that has often tried to invade his territory and give nightmares to the humans that he has just put to bed. One would think that the young boog would be the more mischevious of the two, but such is not the case. Heveria enjoys too fully the boog's flustered expressions and simple naivity.
