The deep bloodline of an Edenian fugitive has graced the ever-so-studious and intellectually gifted Taj with impressive feats of strength. However, unlike other with Edenian blood, this does not affect his aging. 

By utilizing left over parts from Sektor's Cyber Initiative, Taj used his mental prowess to secretly reconstruct and upgrade a pair of personalized weapons: A Tekunin Pulse Blade, able to cut through almost anything, and ice bombs, similar to that of Cyber Sub-Zero.

 History

A young Taj with nothing to his name but his late father's scarlet scarf was found by Smoke (Tomas Vrbada) as an orphan and taken in by the Lin Kuei clan of assassins to be raised and trained under Grandmaster Sub-Zero (Kuai Liang). Taj has always respected his Sub-Zero, and strived to mirror his Grandmaster's expertise. While Kuai served as a voice of reason and mentor to the younger Lin Kuei, Tomas acted with a brotherly and protective bond until his death by Sindel

A highly charismatic Taj used his extensive knowledge and fascination of mythology, other realms to convince Sub-Zero to let him explore Outworld. His extended period of time in Outworld made him familiar with Sombra the Sabotuer, a fabled Edenian demon he had studied relentlessly on Earthrealm. Sombra's attack on Taj left him him disoriented and fatally injured, before he was rescued by OshTekk soldiers,with whom he stayed with until he was in good enough shape to return to the Temple.

With his Pulse Blade, Taj unleashes, a flurry of stabs onto the opponent, rapidly impaling the standing victim before they drop to their knees, bleeding - and energy pulsing through them. With a graceful spin, he jabs the victim one last time which is enough to overload the energy, causing a massive pulse-explosion.

FATALITY 2-  SNOW GLOBE B F B F 4 (FAR)

Taj throws his bomb at the opponent's head, firmly staying in place with the new dent in their skull. It detonates , and their head is replaced with an Ice block. The victims body stumbles before falling over due to the weight of the ice, which then shatters on impact.
