He's a hooligan. He loves to cause trouble and run around at all times of the night (and day). He has a pretty long rapsheet for general crimes of graffiti and other such hooligan acts. He doesn't mean any real harm but he loves minor inconveniences, such as putting hotdogs on peoples car antennas and laughing at the "wtf" moment. He has no sense of responsibility and doesn't feel a need to find that.
Background
A general trashman he grew up on the streets and is now your stereotypical 'streetrat'. He has a nicotine addiction and fiends for cigarettes, he got his addiction from wanting to look cool in 8th grade (as one does). He also loves stealing and is quite good at, using his sneaky little rat hands to get his work down.
He is quite gruff a lot of the time and almost runs his own little 'rat gang', which is just him and his friends who go around causing general tricksy acts.
