Oct. 6, '18. Rosie is the sweetest little cat you could ever hope to meet. She has a startlingly powerful purr compared to her body size and is almost almost kneading and making little muffins. Seriously, they have to trim her nails or suffer the consequences because she kneads so much. She'll rub up against you with almost her whole body weight (so don't move or she'll fall over). Almost always has a happy lil squint on her face and will sometimes just start blasting out a purr if you look at her. Has a tendency to start drooling once she gets too happy...
Obi found Rosie while he was out and about in the city (or rather, Rosie found Obi). She'd been found as a kitten by some well-meaning people, abandoned by her mother. After raising her back to health, they released her back into the wild, but she didn't actually know how to take care of herself. She survived on handouts and became quite scraggly and thin. She found herself in the shadier side of town, as there were more goodies lying around there. When Obi walked through, probably doing some gang-related activities, she started purring and meowing at him. Surprised, he slowed down just enough for her to climb right up his clothes and start rubbing her face against his chin. How could he say no to that...? (She was 7 months old upon him adopting her)
He took her home and she has a little teal collar with a yellow bell. She gets spoiled with all the naps and pets she could ever want. Obi sometimes even makes her special treats because she's the goodest girl. Gets birthday cakes for cats
