Locke was born rich and continued to prosper as the heir to his family's name and fortune, usurping his elder brother in the process. He's sharp, irritable and manipulative. He greatly prefers small crowds, fine dining experiences with annoyingly tiny servings and smoking his weight in cigarettes all while running the show.

    He has a husband, Klaus, who he often bickers with as if they'd been together for centuries. Their love is a unique one, but very dedicated despite the squabbling.
