She met Cesar in one of her journeys to locate Ghost after he escaped. Dhalia outsmarted him in one of his tries to fraud her. As time passed, they became friends to cause mischief.

During the time Ghost has been imprison by Dhalia's family, she slowly developed despise towards him. Since Painkiller had always been praised and favourited in the family, she decided to "take something important off" from his brother.
Dhalia is always shown really feminine and even acts playful towards anyone who shows potential to be her ally.
