Seriah

Dimension hopper that breaks the space time continuum with the radiation/radioactive liquid in his tail, it kinda acts as a lava lamp and gives him information on the dimension he's in but only he can see into it. Kinda like a crystal ball. He used to have really bad anxiety as a kid but after carelessly dimension hopping to the point where he's completely lost his original timeline/dimension he went a little insane and ended up giving no fucks about who he was anymore or who the people he cared about were. He gives himself different names and personalities depending on the place he's at/people he's talking to and is slowly losing himself in the chaos. Maybe someone will be able to turn that around for him though!
