Perrie is the posh ruler of Nimbus Kingdom and the mother of Dove, Daisy, and Cloud. She makes sure her kingdom is always prosperous and looking beautiful. She loves pearls and roses and adorns herself and her home with them. She is never seen without her velvet robe draped over her back. Despite being the leader of the skykin, no one has seen her fly.
