Fevaya is a vampire, she like her vampire counterparts only drink blood of certain people that attracts them. Some vampires are attracted to a sad person's blood, and by drinking the blood it takes away that sadness. Some could be attracted to snobby men, and in doing so the snobby men will become humble and kind rather quickly. If it isn't a physical change, the effects usually wear off.

Fevaya is attracted to the blood of unfaithful partners. Just like other vampires, shes unable to stomach any other type of blood then the one she is attracted to. By then drinking their blood shes able to then make them faithful to their partners again, for a short time anyways.
