Flirty, vain, and rather rude at times, Minnela is not the type of pokemon you usually want to keep around very long. Sure, she's very loyal to her (Few) real friends, and those who are patient with her can usually earn her favor, but she's got a firm superiority complex and isn't above using others to her own gain and abusing her own good looks and elegant appearance to get a (figurative) leg up in life.
