L.A.V.A.

Living Autonomous Variant Automaton, also known as L.A.V.A., was made by a genius yet crazed Gnome inventor named Koros in the town of Vaal, Shair. Their initial purpose was to be an alternative for books/libraries, and would be able to store and recite all kinds of information just by speaking to them. However during part of the process, Koros has gone through several sleepless nights, and somehow accidentally placed a conscious inside of them.

When they were first booted up, Koros was very shocked to find that they were capable of free thinking. He believed it would be best to teach them everything he knew, and then some. He taught them manners, laws, various animals, and more. L.A.V.A. enjoyed this and was happy that he was teaching them how to properly act around others. Koros even brought them outside to look at nature, the town they lived in, other people, and all the like. 

Life was going well for the two, up until a strange man visited one day. Koros insisted L.A.V.A. leave, as it was too dangerous at their home for them at the moment, yet they refused to leave. They wished to continue to be at his side. Before Koros could get them out, the man finally got into their home. Unfortunately Koros was a weak man, and L.A.V.A., while strong, had no proper combat training and was easily overpowered by him. The man knocked L.A.V.A. out, took Koros and a few items he could carry, then left.

They woke up a day or so later when refueled with magic, and now is trying to learn about who that man was that took Koros, then they'll find them and get him back.

They are nervous and shy, yet also quite curious. They are fueled by magic, and thus does not actually need to eat. While powered off, their eyes and arms aren't visible and can't interact with anything, and the little fire-thingy below them is gone. They also stop floating completely.

They are made from many rocks/minerals that were melted down, shaped, and then cooled to keep said shape. Their body isn't perfect, seeing as there are cracks along their body. If their body is destroyed, they can stay alive indefinitely, but a new body must be made for them to move on their own. In order to actually "die", their head must be destroyed.

Their arms are formed from pure magic, and feel quite hot/warm to the touch, about as much as a standard hot tub. Their eyes are also formed from magic, and they can change the appearance of their eyes at will. Such as stars, hearts, one large "!", one large "?", etc. This helps them emote better, as they have no mouth.
