Cannot be transferred for any reason.
Design Terms of Use

- Redesign the character, however I retain original design ownership.
- Trade, swap, or gift the character. Resale terms may or may not be applicable. Adding value of COMMISSIONED art is okay!
- Create a backstory, etc.
- If a one-off character, you may turn the design into a character within an EXISTING closed species (do not create a new species for this purpose). If a closed species characters, design transfer rules may apply within the group. I retain original design ownership.
- Please credit me theraven_93 on Toyhouse, or darkrai-umbreon08 on deviantArt.

- Claim to be the original designer.
- Resell the character for more than you paid, unless closed species rules apply. Adding value of COMMISSIONED artwork is okay!
- Claim the original artwork to be yours or trace it.
- Use the character in artworks/situations that are racist, homophobic, etc. or are NSFW in general.
- Use or sell the original artwork or character for commercial purposes.
If you wish to resell the adopt, I will consider buying it back from you at half the price you paid. Please send me a note on deviantArt (darkrai-umbreon08) to discuss! I do not do refunds.
