He is always kidding!
Kitter adores to cheer up children—but when it comes to adults they’re is always a cheer for him. By spooking them!
One of his way to entertain the kids are his jumping on the ball or balloons! His favorite is to create animals with it! Nothing is better than to hear children laughter or seeing smiles!
He wouldn’t say the same for adults since he once witness one pick on a child. Ledding to his source of entertainment on scaring them.
He spooks adults with a simple smile, pop outs with the help of his jack-in-the-box or even moving balls.
Teenagers he rather stay away from since they’re in between, and just confuses him. But wouldn’t mind popping in to say hi!
Tips on his design: He has a circler head shape that floats! His body build is huge! Making him a tall character! The ‘ears’ are shaped as horns! Basically they’re not his ears!
