Chester

A large and odd dragon. A relative of the chimera, it has the head of a dragon, wolf like fur on the legs, and the rear legs of a cat from the mid waist. Massive eyes allow them to spot food from long distances, and a strong sense of smell allows for easy tracking. Small wings allow for some flight, however they can force blood to swell them to larger size in case they need to fly longer distances. Generally peaceful creatures, they often find villages to protect from bandits, gathering stockpiles of food that they dole out to their charges in the winter.
