The Muses

There is a place where souls stay after death, while they wait to reincarnate. Here, there is a machine controlled by Mnemosyne. All souls pass through this machine before reincarnating, since it is in that machine they have their fate linked to the fate of their soul mate(s).

For being a difficult job, Mnemosyne relies on the help of her nine daughters, the muses that originated the Greek myths. From time to time her own daughters pass through the machine and spend time in the living world, living like normal people, having no idea of their true nature.

Currently, only four of the muses are with Mnemosyne, helping with the machine. The other five Muses are among humans, living like humans, not knowing that they are muses. Which doesn't include Erato, who still is helping her mother with the machine.

Appearance

Past

Erato usually prefers to be called Cithara, her emblem, and often adopts the surname of her last life in the human world. This time she adopted the surname Erondina. She doesn't really like the human world, but she understand that her mother wants her and her sisters to go to the human world so they can improve as muses. Erato always liked a lot Thalea and feels much her absence, as Thalea is in the human world. She always got along with Clio and Urania. She was never a close friend of Calliope and Queer, but she approached a lot Queer this time they are without the other muses. She never had problems with Melpomene, Polyhymnia and Terpsichore, but because of her recent rapprochement with Queer, Erato started to avoid Melpomene and Polyhymnia.
