JUNE'S GLOBAL DESIGN TOS (last updated 12/09/20)

Please read before purchasing / selling / gifting / redistributing my designs, thank you! If broken, you may be blocked / blacklisted without warning.

WHEN BUYING:

- once full payment (whether it be art, money, trade, etc.) is sent and the design has been transferred to you, you have full ownership of said character. design and art credits MUST stay as me, or you will be blacklisted an a report will be filed. i cannot ask you for the design back without full compensation, nor will i ever.

- please note that i am a minor, therefore i cannot consent to viewing nsfw content; please don't buy my designs and upload public nsfw for them, you will be blocked. partial / artistic nudity is OK.

WHEN RESELLING (IMPORTANT):

- please, PLEASE do not attempt to sell my designs for art / money / character trade if they were gifted to you. this is extremely important as an uncomfortable amount of my old designs were given away for free; some of these will show up in transfer logs, but a great deal won't. please just be decent and don't try to act like you paid for a design that was gifted; i remember which ones were gifts and which weren't.

- when selling a design, DO NOT resell over the original sale value without extra art. if you paid $50 for a design + no extra art, you may not resell for over $50; however, if art is added, sell for how much you want, i don't care. 

- when reselling, try to include the resale price in the transfer logs; although this isn't required, it is preferred.

FAILING TO FOLLOW RULES = INSTANT BLOCK / BLACKLIST, UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE.
