Rayphur is a chill laid-back man that usually can be found either fighting the drow and the dark dwarves underground, beneath the capital of his homeland, or in the gardens on the surface. He has both passion and a green thumb for gardening, so most of his time off he spends tending to the plants and developing new varieties of fruit trees.
Even though his gardens are full with fruits in summer and autumn, he's a walking disaster in the kitchen. His deceased wife used to say he could set water on fire, which is not true, but he is taught by his experience and doesn't even try to cook. He feels bad about not being able to make delicious food for his loved ones, but at least he can cheer them up with a tune or a song! He's playing guitar and singing for his soldiers as well.
Rayphur usually puts others' needs before his own and works tirelessly to protect the people of his country from the dangers of Underdark. His mother and siblings are often worried about him, since he's hiding the exhaustion behind his smile, and not many people know that he has troubles with sleeping. Ray doesn't want people around him to be worried, so he pretends to be fine, even though he knows he's not.
