Joined the gang at about the same time as Italian- when Nip was still leader.
Mostly laid-back, and does what he's told.
Works as one of the "grunts" in the gang.
Is often the one to mix drugs and keeps tabs on the inventory. Also the one to use drugs on other people if necessary...
The closest to "normal" in the Cutthroats. Mostly apathetic, and is a follower, not a leader. Happy to go along with whatever the others do. His closest (and possibly only) friend is the Italian. Likes to hang around with the Cutthroats in order to indulge his occasional sadistic streak.
Enemy with Tommy now, since Tommy tried to trick Frisco into killing him.
