BACKSTORY

He used to work in a chemistry lab until a terrible fire broke out. During the panic of everyone triyng to leave the burning building a fair amount of chemicals got tossed around, some of which caused him chemical burns as well as 3rd degree fire burns while he was trapped inside, trying to help his colleagues and escaping himself. After a long rehab against all odds he regained almost full mobility, but has lost a few fingers and is left with massive and deep scars all along his body. He couldn't dare to look in the mirror anymore, hating to see what he has become, and all the looks and hushed whispers from strangers only solidify this feeling. After he mostly recovered he has spent a lot of time working out at night to cope, as well as to help stay healthy and flexible. While being objectively extremely handsome, he himself just does not see it and doesn't trust any compliments he receives on his looks, unable to disregard the scarring, even if some people consider him a hero for saving some of his colleagues.

CURRENT WHEREABOUTS

He has spent most of his time alone, but hangs out with his friends every now and then. He prefers to just spend his day gaming or cruising on his bike, the anonymity and adrenaline making him forget for just a little bit and feeling more like a normal person. While he is very sure it wouldn't stay like this if they knew what he looked like, he does occasionally enjoy the looks and yelled flirts from girls while he's out biking.

A few years later he met a rather short but very sweet trans guy who he never seems to be able to get rid of whenever they all hang out, but he doesn't mind it anymore. He was a bit annoyed at first but once he realized that Sean genuinely cared about him he started to enjoy the attention, maybe even a little too much. In the moment he doesn't care, he likes how he makes him feel, even if he never had dreamed to have these kind of feelings towards another man, but at night when he's alone it's tearing him apart, longing for something he could never have.

Unbeknownst to him, Sean actually feels the same way, even more so perhaps, but due to how shy he is and his past rejections, he wouldn't dare to risk the friendship they now have for something he assumes is just entirely unrealistic to hope for, so they both keep tiptoeing around each others feelings without even knowing, both thinking they could never be loved like this by someone they themselves love so much.

Lucky for these two lovebirds, with the help of one of their friends they were eventually pushed to admit their feelings, it was a rough moment but one they will never regret. If you didn't believed soulmates are real, they'd prove you wrong in an instant, it is as if the two were made for each other.

Both of them have their own issues but they complete and support each other effortlessly, with constant reassuring and affection. Both of them turn out to be terrible to put their feelings into words but have learned the love language of their partner very well.
